Ủy ban Chứng khoán và Giao dịch Hoa Kỳ (SEC) đã thông báo về việc trì hoãn quyết định niêm yết ứng dụng Bitcoin ETF Spot của ARK 21Shares.
SEC đã gia hạn thời hạn thêm 60 ngày để quyết định chấp thuận hay không chấp thuận đề xuất trong hồ sơ.
Để có đủ thời gian xem xét đề xuất thay đổi quy tắc, Ủy ban nhận thấy cần thiết lập một khoảng thời gian dài hơn để ban hành lệnh phê duyệt hoặc không chấp thuận thay đổi quy tắc đó.
Thời hạn mới cho quyết định của SEC được ấn định là ngày 10 tháng 1 năm 2024.
SEC cũng đã sớm có động thái đối với đơn đăng ký Global X ETFs, có thời hạn là ngày 7 tháng 10, đồng thời cũng hoãn đơn đăng ký này.
