Coinbase thông báo rằng họ đã quyết định ngừng mọi hỗ trợ cho altcoin này kể từ ngày 9 tháng 1.

Coinbase đã thông báo cho người dùng về quyết định ngừng tất cả hỗ trợ cho Bitcoin SV (BSV) kể từ ngày 9 tháng 1.

Coinbase đã ban hành một chỉ thị rõ ràng cho người dùng của mình, nói rằng: “Nếu bạn không rút tiền BSV của mình, Coinbase sẽ thanh lý số BSV còn lại trong tài khoản Coinbase của bạn”.

Bitcoin SV gặp phải một số khó khăn dẫn đến việc bị hủy niêm yết bởi nhiều sàn giao dịch khác nhau.

Một số quyết định trong số này bị ảnh hưởng bởi những lo ngại về hành vi của người sáng lập Craig Wright, trong khi những quyết định khác bị thúc đẩy bởi nhiều cuộc tấn công 51% mà mạng BSV đã phải gánh chịu vào năm 2021.

Vào năm 2019, Giám đốc điều hành Binance Changpeng Zhao cũng có lập trường tương tự và yêu cầu hủy niêm yết BSV khỏi sàn giao dịch sau khi gán cho Craig Wright là kẻ lừa đảo.
