Ngành công nghiệp tiền điện tử đã háo hức chờ đợi sự chấp thuận của Bitcoin Spot ETF, đặc biệt là kể từ khi BlackRock và Fidelity báo hiệu sự quan tâm của họ vào tháng 6.

Bày tỏ sự lạc quan của mình, Grewal nói thêm: 

“Tôi khá hy vọng rằng các đơn đăng ký [ETF] này sẽ được chấp nhận”.

Grewal lưu ý: 

“Tôi nghĩ rằng những công ty đã đưa ra đề xuất mạnh mẽ cho Bitcoin ETF nằm trong số những blue-chip lớn nhất trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ tài chính.” 

Grewal cũng chỉ ra rằng Tòa phúc thẩm Hoa Kỳ đã nói rõ rằng SEC không thể từ chối các đơn đăng ký Bitcoin Spot ETF trên cơ sở tùy tiện hoặc thất thường, điều này hỗ trợ thêm cho khả năng cơ quan quản lý phê duyệt trong tương lai gần.
