Báo cáo lưu ý: “Các công ty OTC có trụ sở ở nước ngoài và thực hiện các hoạt động chuyển tiền ảo sang đồng won hoặc ngoại tệ một cách bất hợp pháp. Cần phải quản lý các công ty này như những doanh nghiệp kinh doanh tài sản ảo không được khai báo.”
Phó Công tố viên Ki No-Seong và Park Min-woo của Ủy ban Dịch vụ Tài chính nhấn mạnh sự cần thiết phải có sự quan tâm pháp lý đối với thị trường OTC không được kiểm soát trong lĩnh vực tiền tệ kỹ thuật số.
